The wait is over.  The full version of Welcome Aboard, Captain has been released!

This solitaire, sci-fi tabletop roleplaying game about being a starship captain is finally available on the itch store.  Design a starship, recruit a crew of bridge officers, and head off into the galaxy to take on dangerous procedurally-generated missions.

Featuring the powerful "2x2" system pioneered in Fable on your Table and Dungeon Hero/AdvanceQuest, Welcome Aboard, Captain is the next iteration of the system applied to dramatic struggles in space.  The system easily handles starship combat, tense negotiations, and daring scientific exploration with ease, and the flexible system allows you to create any captain, bridge officer, or starship you envision.  The mission generator reacts to your command decisions as you play, making your leadership style and strategy a fundamental aspect of the story that unfolds.

The game comes with a lot of content: three pre-authored "duty sector" adventures, the core rulebook, and the printable roster sheets.  While there are hundreds of pages of content, you only need to print two pages to play; the rest can stay on your device (although the rules are print-friendly and the game includes a link to a place where you can get a physical copy through a print-on-demand service).
