In the late 1970's Radio Shack released one of the first affordable home computers called the TRS-80, or, as many people affectionately called it, the "Trash-80".

This game posits: What if there had been a superhero roguelike for the TRS-80?

Use the arrow keys and space bar, Escape, and Return to create your superhero and infiltrate the fortresses of the evil supervillain Doctor Death. Can you defeat him before he becomes invincible?

Interesting premise and design choice.  It's fun to play and it would feel right at home as an app on my phone when I felt like killing 10 or 20 minutes.

I love this idea and it's fun!

Sadly, it looks like it froze during my first fight with something other than a goon. In case you get time to check on it, I'll give as much info as I can:
Tab, ESC, H, P, Space, arrow keys, etc. didn't appear to work at this point. I tried clicking in the game again, switching tabs/windows, and I had only activated the Fire Fists at that point, and I didn't see any animations for the ability either, though I'm not sure how relevant that might be to the game's freeze.
It may have something to do with the (Burning) Abomination, as I managed to get it to freeze again later with similar circumstances, though this time I backed off and used Ice Fists after my Fire Fists ran out:

I was using Firefox on Win10.

PS - I'm glad that I can just pick up with my character where I left off after reloading the page!

Terrific work! I genuinely don’t think enough game devs utilize superheroes enough

It’s a tough genre because by definition they are all about rule breaking. It’s tough to balance and code!
